But… let’s talk about reality for a second.

There’s been a lot of chatter about Brittany potentially keeping the $17,000/month Valley mansion she once shared with Jax Taylor. And while I completely believe in her ability to boss up and own her independence, we do have to talk numbers. Because, yes—I’m a numbers guy.

Let’s break this down:

💰 $17,000/month = $204,000 per year

And that’s before electricity, water, insurance, property taxes, groceries, diapers, school tuition, and every other real-life expense that adds up quick when you’re living in L.A.

Now let’s look at long-term projections:

    •    🏡 30-year mortgage = $6.12 MILLION

    •    🏡 15-year mortgage = $3.06 MILLION

Either way, that’s a massive financial commitment.

And here’s the real kicker: when you think about maintaining that kind of mortgage, you have to ask—what’s the job? What’s the consistent income? Is it realistically sustainable if all the Bravo lights went dark tomorrow?

Let’s say The Valley doesn’t get renewed, or influencer deals dry up, or the algorithm suddenly doesn’t favor your content—then what? No shade, just facts.

Now, I’ll also say this – Jax Taylor had the audacity to say Brittany couldn’t maintain the house because of the size. And to that, I say: shut it down. That’s not just rude, it’s delusional. This isn’t about size. It’s about sustainability. Period.

I’m in Brittany’s corner. I want her to secure the bag, raise her son in that house, and prove every critic (including Jax) dead wrong. But we also can’t ignore the financial elephant in the room: can anyone—without a steady Bravo paycheck—really keep up with a $17K/month lifestyle?
