Shannon Beador Pulled Over While on DUI Probation! What Is Going ON?! Shannon Storms Beador is back in the headlines, and unfortunately, not for a new Tres Amigas tour or cabaret show. Nope… she was just pulled over by cops in Orange County, and the timing could not be worse—because hello, she’s currently on DUI probation.
So What Happened?
According to reports (and confirmed by court records), Shannon was pulled over for using a cell phone while driving. It’s a non-moving violation, meaning no points were added to her license—just a little slap on the wrist in the form of a $20 fine, which is due by July 11th. Sounds minor, right? Sure—until you remember…
She’s Still on PROBATION 👀
Let’s rewind:
• Shannon is currently serving three years of probation following her September 2023 DUI hit-and-run in Newport Beach.
• At the time of her arrest, she had a blood alcohol level of 0.24—that’s nearly three times the legal limit.
• She crashed into a residential home (yes, a literal house), fled the scene, and later admitted to regretting the incident deeply.
This all came to light during the Season 18 premiere of Real Housewives of Orange County in July 2024, where Shannon sat down with her daughters and got raw about her actions:
“I made a mistake,” she told them.
But was it enough of a wake-up call?
Her Sentencing Details:
• 9-month court-ordered alcohol program
• 40 hours of community service
• $390 in fines
• Ignition interlock breathalyzer installed (as of August 2024)
And her probation doesn’t end until November 1, 2026.
Here’s My Question…🤔
You know you’re on probation. You know the public is watching. You know one wrong move could be a violation. So why are you out here using your phone behind the wheel in Orange County? Like… girl, what is it going to take?
Now, don’t get me wrong—I’m not putting Shannon in the same boat as Karen Huger, who racked up four DUIs and spent nearly a year in jail. But still… Shannon, this is not the plotline we need.
Is she getting too comfortable? Did she just slip up? Or is this a warning sign that there’s still more work to be done?
Let me know what you guys think in the comments or over on our socials—because I’m all for redemption arcs, but only if the lessons stick.
