Well, they’re not clapping and snapping anymore. They’ve been suing Erika over some serious credit card drama and claiming she falsely accused them of racking up $800,000 in charges and wrecking their business in the process.
The case is creeping toward default. Why? Because Erika’s former legal team messed up the paperwork (yes, really), and her new attorney is scrambling to catch up. Add that to the fact she’s also facing a potential jury trial over $25 million in allegedly misused Girardi funds, and Erika’s calendar is starting to look more like a “courtroom residency.”

Over in Kyle-land, things are no less dramatic…just more emotionally exhausting. The RHOBH OG opened up recently about how toxic social media has become, calling it a “scary place” and saying the nonstop criticism has her contemplating a full-blown lifestyle switch.
And by “switch,” I don’t mean new glam or a new face. I mean she wants to move to a farm and go off the grid.

Between online hate about her split from Mauricio, cruel jabs at her daughter’s appearance, and trolls targeting her friend Teddi Mellencamp (who’s currently battling stage four cancer), Kyle’s had enough. Even Teddi comments:
“What is wrong with people? People will be so nice and supportive and then they’ll be mean about something else. Why can’t people just all come together and be kind? If you don’t have something nice to say, don’t say it at all”.
Which is really funny coming from Teddi Mellencamp. Her podcast game might be strong, but she should take her on advice.
