Ariana Madix Is Skipping The Valley and she has her reasons.

Let’s be honest, The Valley is having its chaotic moments, but Ariana Madix isn’t watching, and not because of drama fatigue or bitterness. In a recent Q&A with Delish, Ariana was asked if she’s tuned into the Vanderpump Rules spinoff. Her response? Surprisingly heartfelt.

“I have not watched The Valley. Of course, I’ve seen clips on TikTok and stuff. It seems very stressful.”

She explained that seeing her friends go through tough moments on TV just doesn’t sit well with her.

“Watching people that I care about be stressed out and stuff, it sucks,” she shared. “When we talk, they fill me in… But to watch it, it’s hard. It can get very dark over there.”

Ariana still checks in with Katie Maloney daily (they’re business partners too), but as for others? The vibe has definitely shifted. In a recent Bustle interview, Ariana shared she’s barely in touch with Scheana Shay and hasn’t heard from Lala Kent since filming ended.

So while The Valley might be appointment viewing for Bravo fans, Ariana’s keeping her distance, for now. Honestly? It’s kind of refreshing to see someone protect their peace. And let’s face it, the cameos being made by former Vanderpump Rules cast members are a little stale so can’t blame her for not watching.
