Okay, so here’s the thing, if you’re like me, you’ve been side-eyeing the Bravo universe lately, especially after those way too coincidental sightings of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Erika Jayne and Summer House star Jesse Solomon.

It all started when the NBC Upfronts and Watch What Happens Live had both of them at the same events, same time, same place. Naturally, Bravo fans (and DeuxMoi) lost their damn minds. A blind item claimed the two got cozy, and before we could even finish refreshing our feeds, Jesse’s Summer House co-star Amanda Batula chimed in and basically said she believes it did happen.

Then, when Bravo Daddy Andy Cohen was asked to weigh in, he basically fanned the flames and said, “I encourage everyone to hook up.” Classic Andy.

But now… Erika has spoken. On her podcast with Teddi Mellencamp (aka the Two Ts in a Pod), she addressed the rumors head-on. Erika said, yes, Jesse’s hot, and sure, it’s a fun rumor…but no, there’s nothing to report. No hookup. Nada. Done.

Here’s where it gets interesting: Jesse? Dead silent. Not denying it. Not confirming it. Just letting the streets talk.

Erika’s a way bigger Bravo name. So letting the rumors fly without shutting them down? It’s giving thirsty. It’s giving publicity stunt. It’s giving “Notice me, Bravo!”

Whether you believe Erika or not, the rumor alone has kept Jesse’s name in the press for days. And if nothing else, it proves one thing: in the Bravo-verse, a little gossip goes a long way.
