Get ready, Madison LeCroy is leveling up once again.
The Southern Charm star and her husband Brett Randle are officially moving into their brand new, jaw dropping home on Daniel Island South Carolina and let me tell you, it’s every bit as fabulous as you’d expect.
Madison and Brett are juggling a lot right now: filming the latest season of Southern Charm, preparing for a move, and oh yeah, getting ready to welcome a new baby. Casual, right?
But back to the house. Listed at $4.05 million, this modern coastal dream clocks in at a spacious 5,300 square feet. It’s located in one of Charleston’s most sought after neighborhoods, Daniel Island, a picture perfect community known for its family friendly charm, luxury homes, and island vibes just minutes from the heart of the city.
And fun fact, Madison and us actually share the same Charleston realtor, Tim Schneider, so you already know this house is going to be stunning. Tim’s one of the best in the business and we wouldn’t be surprised if you catch a glimpse of him making a cameo in this new season of Southern Charm.
If you’ve watched past seasons of the show, you probably remember Madison’s former home, also on Daniel Island, which was absolute design goals. So now that she’s moving into something even bigger and better? We cannot wait to see how she puts her signature style on it.
