Below Deck Med Season, 10 Episode 6 Recap: Vegan Drama & Record Tips.

The deck crew faces stormy seas, flirty chaos, and a vegan guest from hell on Below Deck Mediterranean Season 10, Episode 6.

A Fresh Crew, a Familiar Face, and One Very Moody Vegan

The firing of Christian and Tess completely reset the crew’s vibe. Enter Joe Bradley, charming, chaotic, and already tangled up in feelings for not one, but two women: Kizzi and V. The guy barely unpacked his bags before flirting with both of them.

Meanwhile, Chef Josh was on edge after last week’s drama. With the guests being picky and the weather threatening to ruin yet another charter, he was one bad comment away from walking the plank. But the true wildcard? Carlos, the vegan guest who managed to make even a fruit plate sound controversial. I have a lot of vegan friends, but none of them could hold a candle to this level of picky.

When Carlos complained that their outing took them through an “undesirable neighborhood” in Barcelona, I couldn’t help but think… if this is how people feel about Barcelona with the Olympics history, imagine the chaos when Los Angeles hosts.

V Takes the Lead and the Winds Turn Wild

Now, let’s talk about the real MVP of the week: V. After stepping up to the deck team, she immediately showed she could handle the ropes… literally. She tied knots faster than Joe could untangle his feelings and even outperformed the two fired deckhands.

But, as is tradition on Below Deck, just when things start to look smooth, the universe says, “Not so fast.” The wind picked up, the tender line snapped, and suddenly, the crew’s toys were floating off like confetti at a Bravo reunion.

Nathan is doing his best to stay positive, but it feels like the deck team can’t catch a break. Sometimes I swear when bad guests bring bad vibes, the Mediterranean itself claps back with bad weather.

The Dinner That Changed Everything

Chef Josh managed to pull himself together for dinner, a vegan quiche that could have gone terribly wrong, but somehow didn’t. Captain Sandy and the team finally got the yacht moving again, and for a moment, all seemed calm.

But of course, this is Below Deck Mediterranean.

By the time the guests sat down for a “high tea and dance night,” Joe was already stuck between Kizzi and V, a love triangle even Bravo couldn’t have scripted better. While Kizzi texted her boyfriend Tommy, Joe was busy flirting on deck, calling V “sweetheart” and telling Nathan he “doesn’t want another triangle.” Famous last words.

A Headband, a Heartbreak, and the Biggest Tip Ever

While Joe was spinning in circles, the primary guest, LaDonna, stole the show. After losing her daughter’s headband, she broke down in tears and the emotional moment that followed between her and Aesha was pure Bravo gold. Tears, hugs, and a happy ending. For once, something went right on this boat.

And LaDonna’s generosity didn’t end there. When tip time came around, the crew scored an unbelievable $40,000, setting a new record for Below Deck Mediterranean. That’s $4,000 each! Not bad for a charter that spent more time docked than sailing.

Aesha and Nathan’s leadership shined through. They’ve been nothing but positive, even when things went sideways. And V? She got promoted full-time to the deck team, a true full-circle moment after once fearing the role because of her late boyfriend.

Joe, Kizzi, and the “I Hate Boys” Moment Heard ‘Round the Yacht

The episode ended with Kizzi calling it quits with her boyfriend after realizing she’d rather flirt than fight. Cue the tears, the mascara, and the iconic line: “I f***ing hate boys.”

Honestly, same, Kizzi.

But behind all the drama, what really stood out this week was the balance of chaos and heart. Between Joe’s messy love life, V’s comeback story, and LaDonna’s emotional generosity, this might just be one of the most Bravo-perfect episodes yet. Finally! Remember, Below Deck Season 12 left us high and dry!
