Up and Adam!

RHOM Season 7 Episode 11 Recap: Lisa’s Excuses, Larsa’s Last Straw & Kiki’s Heartbreaking Confession.

The episode picks up with Lisa finally explaining why she missed the group’s flight to Seville. Her reason? “Legal matters.” But when Larsa points out she was in St. Barts, Lisa admits she was there with her lawyers because she and Jody had committed to a $100,000 villa rental. She insists her absence was about signing documents and making calls — but the math isn’t mathing.

The bigger issue? She never told anyone she’d be late. The women aren’t just frustrated about her absence; they’re annoyed she didn’t take 60 seconds to send a text. It’s the latest in what they see as a long pattern of Lisa’s lack of communication and accountability.

🦪 Kiki’s Emotional Reveal

While Lisa, Larsa, Stephanie, Adriana, and Marysol browse flamenco gowns, Julia, Guerdy, Kiki, and Alexia explore a local market. Amid oysters and small talk, Kiki opens up about a deeply personal struggle: after helping five cousins immigrate from Haiti, she began receiving death threats from other family members she couldn’t assist.

She describes moving out of her home within two weeks for safety, with her father stepping in to stop the threats. It’s a raw, vulnerable moment that instantly reframes her quieter demeanor this trip.

📱 The Marcus Jordan Problem

Larsa seizes a quiet moment to ask Lisa if she’s unfollowed Marcus Jordan, as promised. Lisa’s answer is a blunt “No,” with no apology or offer to do it now. Her defense? Larsa hasn’t been “so great” to her. Larsa sees it as a test of friendship; Lisa sees it as being told what to do, and she’s not budging.

Marysol chimes in with a simple fix: “Just unfollow him.” But Lisa doubles down, saying Marcus is being a better friend to her than Larsa is. The tension jumps from simmer to boil.

📲 Enter Jody — and More Drama

While getting ready for a night out, Lisa fills in Jody via FaceTime. Jody calls Larsa a “predator” toward both him and Lisa. Later, Larsa reveals Jody has been texting her directly after an elevator confrontation — something she finds inappropriate.

At dinner, legal chaos strikes again when Lisa learns she must sign an affidavit for her divorce settlement within an hour or risk an expensive trial. She leaves the table to deal with it, but by the time she returns, Larsa’s had enough.

🍷 The Dinner Blow-Up

Larsa tells Lisa point-blank she’s removing herself from her life, citing lateness, playing the victim, and never taking responsibility. Lisa asks if Larsa’s speaking for everyone — and Larsa doubles down. “She’s ruined the whole weekend,” she says before storming off, declaring she’s “too good for this.”

Marysol follows Larsa outside, where they discover Jody’s been texting her again, leading Larsa to block his number. Back at the table, Kiki tells Lisa, who insists Jody only texted because Larsa contacted him.

Episode 11 cements a hard truth for the group — Lisa’s chronic tardiness, poor communication, and defensiveness are wearing thin. Larsa may be done, Jody’s presence is muddying the waters, and Kiki’s heartfelt confession reminds us that, beneath the glam and shade, real lives and struggles still beat at the heart of RHOM.

I’m ready for the rest of the season and the reunion, which teases a HUGE Bravo bombshell! Share your thoughts below!
