RHOM Drama Alert! Lisa Hochstein Drags Lenny Back to Court Over 25-Year-Old Girlfriend Babysitting Scandal!

Well, buckle up Bravoholics, because Lisa Hochstein just slammed the legal brakes on her ex-husband Lenny’s latest plot twist. In what might be the most RHOM storyline to ever RHOM, Lisa filed an emergency court motion against Lenny Hochstein and his brand-new 25-year-old girlfriend, Alena Kovalenko—because apparently, she’s now auditioning to be stepmom/babysitter/all-of-the-above.

This all comes just days after Lenny hard-launched his relationship with Alena, a Russian model he allegedly met via a friend (so most likely: Instagram). And now? He wants her to watch their kids. Alone. In their mansion. While both parents are out of the country. You can’t make this stuff up.

According to court docs obtained by The Sun, Lisa and Lenny had previously agreed that the kids would stay with Lenny’s mother and a nanny while the former couple traveled separately. But surprise! Lenny apparently had a change of heart and decided Alena—who Lisa says he only met two weeks ago—is the better choice. Um… what?

Lisa, ever the protective mama, fired back with a legal motion, saying “absolutely not.” She claimed Alena is not a vetted caregiver, is on a tourist visa, and is a complete stranger to both the children and their extended family. Not to mention… she’s brand new to the picture and, as Lisa emphasized, hasn’t been properly introduced into their kids’ lives.

In Lisa’s words,

“The girlfriend is not a vetted caregiver. She is on a tourist visa, has no known legal status to provide childcare in Florida, and is a complete stranger to the children and their extended family.”

But wait—it gets messier.

Lenny apparently ghosted Lisa when she tried to communicate about the sudden change. Classic. So Lisa took matters into her own hands and called in the lawyers. In her filing, she asked the court to prohibit Lenny from leaving their children in the care of “any unvetted individual”—which, translation: Alena, sit this one out.

While Lenny insists the kids “absolutely love” Alena, Lisa’s having none of it. And honestly? She might have a point. Stranger danger isn’t just for playground talks.

As of now, the judge has not made a decision, but we’re sure the tea will spill faster than you can say “Martini Monday.” 🍸
