Before tonight’s new episode of The Valley drops, I’ve been thinking about just how much trust, loyalty, and emotional maturity are on the line this season.

Last week, Nia opened up about her past, and it honestly shifted the energy of the show. Her story about experiencing homelessness with her mom wasn’t just emotional it was powerful as Lexi mentioned in her recap. It reminded us that not everyone comes into this friend group with the same foundation, and it’s okay to choose joy and protect peace.
Brittany, on the other hand, seems like she’s carrying some frustration that has less to do with Nia and more to do with what she’s still processing from her relationship with Jax. There’s strength in reflection, but lashing out won’t bring healing or help at all.
Then there’s Danny, who caught a lot of heat over a bottle of tequila and being a little tired after a long day. Let’s be real here that doesn’t make him an alcoholic. If anything, the bigger red flag might be Janet’s growing habit of stirring things just enough to make everyone uncomfortable. Her apology felt forced, and her own relationship isn’t exactly above questioning, especially if rumors become truth about someone’s wedding ring.
Remember, we also saw Jesse go into dark territory with the way he’s been speaking about Michelle. Regardless of what she did, the words he’s using (especially as a father) matter. Their daughter will see this one day. This is bigger than Bravo drama.
Also, let’s not forget the forgettable cameos made last week. Scheana tries to insert herself in ways that don’t really make sense. Hang it up, girl! Jesse’s so called “life coach” was hard to watch. Felt like more emotional support and someone desperate to get on camera.

The positive no one saw coming? Luke and Kristen. Luke has really grown, and their relationship feels like a much-needed break from the drama spiral. I’m rooting for that proposal and all the healing it might symbolize.
Going into tonight’s episode, here’s what I’ll be watching:
• Will Jesse start taking accountability for the way he’s speaking?
• Is Janet truly done meddling, or is this just her latest phase?
• And can Nia continue holding her ground with grace?

Jesse needs to get his life together! Think of your daughter before saying these awful things to her mother.
Disappointed in Janet.
First five minutes who would trust any of them? Don’t like them as far as friend material.
Not ready for this. But, I’ll be recapping with Adam tomorrow on YouTube!
See you both tomorrow. I’ll be watching 👀🔍
